The color development has been toned up to hide the base color even better and create a stronger top coating. In the case of brush painting, thin the paint in a 1:1 ratio. For airbrushing, you may want to use as low as a 1:3 paint/thinner ratio.
* Note: Gundam Colors with UG part numbers are solvent-based acrylic resin paints from the “Mr. Color” series. For thinning, please use the “Mr. Color Thinner” series.
* Note: The “Water-based Gundam Color” series with the HUG part numbers uses a different type of paint and cannot be mixed with the Mr. Color series.
