The second Megami Device kit in the Asra line is here, and this one specializes in ranged attacks! The "machineca" (isn't that a Konami rhythm game or something?) construction gimmicks give the body a greater range of motion and poseability than in prior Megami Device sets, and the kit can be posed with or without the armor upon completion. It comes with a large bow, a large sword, interchangeable hands and 3 interchangeable faces for various expressions! Not only all that, but you can also combine it with parts from the Megami Device Asra Ninja or other MSG weapon sets!

Still building but she's a lot of fun!

I'm still new to this hobby and I'm learning a lot from building her. She has other versions that seem cool, too. The kit also came with a little manga that I can't read because it's in Japanese but still super cute!

      Sets the Megami Device

By far my favorite Megami Device kit, particularly her darling, kitten-esque face. Incredibly flexible out of the box with tons of optional equipment available. That said, I did experience a few minor fitting issues exclusive to the bow assembly; definitely buy a set of files if you don't have some already. Also not fond of the ponytail being two pieces when it could have easily been cast as one since it leaves an unpleasant seamline that's incredibly difficult to remove. Fairly minor complaints for an otherwise excellent kit, though!

      worth the price

As a builder of multiple types of model kits, I can say this one was a blast. The amount of detail and articulation straight from the box rivals or beats most Mastergrade Gundam kits I have done. The Archer is my first kit into the Megami Device line and gotta say her first impression hits home well. She can hold her weapons with little to no issue and strike and keep a good variety of poses as well. (Though you will need the included stand to do some more dynamic poses) i also love the fact that the Megami Device kits use original designs and give these girls more of a power armor look than just merely strapping on robot parts from already existing mecha series. Now one thing I will point out is the size. While she is compatible with frame arma and frame arms girls, take note that Archer is surprisingly shorter than even a base materia Frame Arma Girl. But other than that i can honestly say this was one of the more perfect kits i have built to date
