    PRODUCT DETAILS
ACKS series, the long-awaited third! The MFS-3 Type 3 machine dragon, a superweapon of the Special Self-Defense Forces created to repel Godzilla, is finally ready to sortie. This time, under the full supervision of Mr. Shinji Nishikawa, who was in charge of the design work for "Godzilla x Mechagodzilla", it was developed with attention to detail. Parts are color-coded molding, and an easy-to-assemble kit that uses a snap method that does not require adhesive. Equipped with numerous movable gimmicks, the mouth, Absolute Zero, leg verniers can be opened and closed, and smooth movement of the neck, tail, and legs using soft parts is a must-see! Red eye parts are also included. I packed the charm of the machine dragon to the maximum. What's more, this time it's a gorgeous package illustration drawn by Mr. Nishikawa!! Please enjoy all of Kiryu.

      Disappointing and frustrating.

I've gotten two kits from this company, all from the mecha goji line (this one and the eva unit 1 recolor). The designs are top shelf, but the parts are another story. Most of the pieces refuse to click together without applying insane amounts of pressure - I had to resort to using pliers for parts of the tail and legs. The rest of the pieces are so fragile you can snap them while just attaching them. I had to use a good amount of super glue with this build. On top of that, the included decals absolutely will not stick without the use of a setting/softening agent. The end build looks cool, but articulation has limited movement especially in the legs (not due to any gluing on my part. The joints just don't have a wide range of movement). Personally, I'd say get it on clearance, because it's still a cool build but the quality is much less so.

An awesome looking but disappointing kit

I was stoked for this one, and as cool as it looks, it is a disappointing kit for the price. While most of the building process was smooth, this kit suffers from a few things. First off, some of the connecting nubs are extremely fragile, namely the waist. The same nub (1 each side) connecting the front/back of the waist broke. Once during the build, and once trying to connect all the separate pieces (body, arms, ect.). Secondly, the body uses hard rubber inserts to connect the arms and legs. It is extremely hard and awkward to try and literally pop the arms and legs in, and you'll likely knock a piece off OR like me, break a fragile connection point. For the price, I was expecting a better quality model and I wouldn't recommend it unless you can find it on sale.
