      Nicely redesigned HG Gundam MK-II!

Smart redesign of the OG MK-II. This kit is a little bit more expensive than the RX-78-2 and Guncannon Revive kits, but it is heftier and a more complicated build. It's joints are super-tight, even compared to the other Revive kits that I have built. My only real criticism of the Revive MK-II is the seam line present on the three main parts of the backpack. I believe the engineers at Bandai could have used their years of experience and technological advancements to find an affordable solution to hide these better.

      Solid Design, Mixed Results

One of my first HGs and probably my first "Gundam", the MK-II is a personal favorite of mine design wise but the kit itself is lacking in some regards. The lack of hand options being my main complaint, as well as the waist connection being flimsy. The vulcan guns are an integral part to the MK-II's look but make moving the head difficult. Overall if you're willing to overlook these flaws or are willing to put in the elbow grease to make them work then this is a worthy kit to add to your collection!

      Great build, weak ankles

This is a really fun build. I don't know if it's just my kit, but the ankles are SUPER loose, which can be problematic, but for the most part doesn't interfere with being able to pose it as I'd like. Other than those ankle pieces the rest of the kid is solid, and looks great! Definite recommend.

      My introduction to Gunpla

My very first. I'm impressed with the design, it looks fantastic and sits proudly on my desk. I cannot believe how much fun I had for the price and there is a lot of little detail even for a HG.

Sad enough some parts are a little fragile and can damage. But overall it can take a lot of poses and seems like a solid build besides some dangerously easy to snap plastic parts.
