Here’s a new Gundam from the Arcade video game series Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme VS. Extreme Gundam Carnage Phase. This Gundam is a prototype artillery mobile suit. It is an original MS designed by Kunio Okawara. This normal version of the Extreme Gundam comes with a guitar shaped Beam Rifle and a guitar case shield that perfectly houses it. It is a very interesting design to say the least!

A Dated Design with a Fun Rifle

The overall design of the Extreme Gundam is one I jive with on paper and in the game it's featured in. However as a model kit be prepared for some pretty old tech. To start, this kit does not feature a beam effect, and instead uses the decades old design choice of a brick resembling a saber. The two beam saber hilts on its backpack are non-functional as well which is a shame.

The Guitar Beam Rifle is hilarious and very fitting as a homage to the voice actor for the pilot of the suit. It's honestly the most unique thing you'll find out of this kit, second to it's head which retains the Face gimmick this line of mobile suits is best known for.

      Extremely Overrated

The rock theme doesn't save this clunky kit. It's boxy design and lackluster articulation fail to impress.

      Totally B.A.

Guitar-shaped rifle. Clear blue parts. Honestly, what more could you want in a gunpla kid? Optional sunroof? You're pretty much asking for too much at that point. Buy this thing.

      A simple kit

I bought this kit just for the guitar beam rifle. Building this model was simple and I would say it's a good beginner kit if you're getting into Gunpla. Overall, I do like the kit.
