3 inch arnie IF you want to have Arnold in your hexa governor line then you need this guy, an extremely easy build, and fantastic sculpt going for the size. The face with hair is not the guy on the front though it is an incredibly close resemblance to Arnold Schwarzenegger

Good model My first kit in the hexa gear line up, at first I didn't like it but after I fixed the shoulder joints it was awesome, I recommend this only if you have the patience , but overall nice kit.
Some accessories included in Early Governor Vol. 1 are also included in this kit, including a rifle. *All parts besides the head and the color of the cast are the same as Early Governor Vol. 4.
