The largest Perfect Grade kit, released in December 2010, is Strike Freedom Gundam, redesigned and produced by Hajime Katoki. The Strike Freedom, with its expandable Super Dragoons, is truly an impressive sight to behold! Completely new molds were used in the production of this kit, and BANDAI has improved the sliding mechanisms in the joints and armor to assure that the gold frame parts are viewable. BANDAI has also designed new, sturdier joints to hold this hefty kit steady once it is completed. Please be careful when assembling the backpack though, because those wings are heavy! Weapons and accessories comprise 1 Beam Shield, 2 Beam Rifles, 2 Beam Sabers, 8 Super Dragoons, 1 display base, and 1 LED lighting unit.

      In for Fun

My 2nd PG build and what an adventure and beauty. An immaculate replica. Was relatively easy to assemble, parts fit well. It did take me a few tries with the wings. I couldn't get the pieces that are supposed to act as gears when you raise the wings to catch the first try. After reassembling them, they worked. The rear wings are supposed to raise the front ones. One of the outer front wing peices is still loose and doesn't stay folded out, I'll fix that one day lol. My only other gripe would be that the Dragoon turrents don't stay folded down into the wing very well. One slight bump or sqeeze and it will pop up into the ready to launch position which can be a hassle when there's 8 of them and you're trying to move those wings haha. (Might be an error on my part, will check on that one day) Still an absolute beauty, it has a permanent spot on my desk.

      Makes other PGs seem small

This beast was a super fun build, but gosh those wings are a little bit of a pain, they're so heavy that they tend to fall back down while posing. Despite that, it's a wonderful display piece.

      Incredible Detail

Overall great kit my only complaint is the gimmick with the wings. internal moving parts to open the wings up were so tight even after trimming 3 times that they eventually stripped out and just had to glue the wings in the open burst position

Good kit, but could have been better.

This kit was great from beginning to end. One issue I had was with the wings. The wings connection to the backpack is very loose, so be careful of that issue if your thinking to buy this perfect grade kit.
