Here's a version of Tamiya's wildly popular extra thin cement that takes 1/4 of the time to dry! Because of that, it's not ideal for removing larger seamlines, but rather for fixing parts together! Broke a V-fin? This is the cement for you!

Tamiya Extra Thin Cement is a widely popular glue among modelers around the world. You will find it in most modeler’s workshops. This version is the “quick setting” variant that dries around 4 times faster than the original Tamiya Extra Thin Cement, saving you time (and energy) holding parts in place! It also has less-tendency to seep out from part joints.
Like the consistently of the original Extra Thin Cement product, the Quick Setting version is highly liquid and able to flow into small cracks, making it useful for attaching parts in very tight spaces. It can also be used to attach parts which have been pre-fitted by hand.

Classic cement that everyone needs in their box.

This is great to help remove seamlines from your Gunpla. Careful, cause it will destroy your kits if you aren't responsible with it. The bottle is also prone to knock over if you are clumsy like me.

Overall, it's decent, fast acting cement. I would also invest in a vice or clips to help hold the piece as it dries, which will help it bond better and remove seamlines easier. Even though most kits are snap build, you really can't have a toolkit without this.

      It works.

      It's fast.

If you need cement, I'd recommend this. Useful for broken pieces and that inevitable V-fin that will never stay put.
