Bandai is wasting no time rolling out the big guns, welcoming in its new line of 1/100 kits with the long-awaited and strange Nightingale! Previously only available to resin and scratch builders, the successor to the Sazabi is being made available to all by the folks at Bandai.

The first release of the brand new Reborn 100 product line is the massive Nightingale from the novel version of Char's Counterattack, Beltrochika's Children. This product line emphasizes detail as deep as recent Master Grade kits but with new injection techniques including parts that are not attached to runners and also wedge gates for easier part removal. Its massive girth has been faithfully recreated allowing the most accurate plastic kit rendition ever created. Includes Mega Beam Rifle, Beam Tomahawk, and shield. Runner x32 Tetron Sticker x1, instruction manual x1.

Regular Dusting: Use a soft brush or compressed air to gently remove dust without damaging delicate paintwork.

More Big Duck energy than a Tallgeese!

Second to near nothing in size, in the 100th scales (Re or MG). Even The O is just 'tall' in comparison.

? As mentioned by Jager, and the few YT's to review it, the also similarly scaled MASSIVE beam rifle does not hold up on its own, at least straight OTB. Mostly this is because of limited articulation in the wrists (socket doesn't give much wiggle room for the ball joint), and the fingers and armour being loose w/no gluing.

? Usual joint problems that some larger kits tend to have (loose, fall out when lifting). Usual fixes generally fix it.

? Better use of wedge-gating leaves less cleanup than most kits of any scale.

? Beam Sword blades (same as Sazabi?) react to UV/blacklights! Without GITD/neon paints.

? Decals would be better than stickers. Being from an old Alt story, original and 'concept(?)' Zeon emblems are included. But Chars personal emblem for the NG is incorrect, but considerably stylized.

? Being a near Mobile Armour sized MS, yes.. there's lots of room for additional paneling and detail up pieces!

      ? Helluva centerpiece flex!

      An SD for Me

I prefer this bad boy’s SD any day. The unwieldy design combined with excessive size makes it beyond awkward to pose

This kit is freaking huge, seriously cannot be understated. If you got the space and some sanding products, this kit will look amazing. There's a lot of room for custom scribing as well, and the sticker decals look great. I just recommend buying some action bases to help him hold is comically large rifle. It's a must buy if just want to flex on your friends as well.

      Nice

It was very fun to build and looks amazing, the only problem is that the hands are articulated which makes it a little difficult for it to hold its weapons properly but other wise it’s a great kit!
